Priscila received her Ph.D. in Second Language Studies from the University of Hawai'i and M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in English as a Second Language from Arizona State University.

WHAT IS AʻO?

We honor the land on which we are based (Honolulu, Hawaiʻi) by using a Native Hawaiian concept to name our company.

​

Aʻo is the Hawaiian word used for both "teaching" and "learning."

It reflects our belief that teaching and learning are reciprocal activities where both teachers and learners exchange knowledge and understanding. We believe there can be no teaching without learning and no learning without teaching.
